The remnants of the lives of ordinary folks, now covered in mud as the flood waters remain. The devastation of an entire community where houses were simply washed from their bases.<br />

Funeral for 11 year old Arabian 'Ray Ray' Gayles, fatally shot September 2nd at her home. The Family cortege passes a street pole daubed with graffiti. Arabian was cradling a 1 yr old cousin whilst sat on the couch at home when gunmen pulled up outside and sprayed the house with bullets. Arabian was hit in the head and dies shortly afterwards. NOPD is questioning 2 men in connection with the murder.<br />
