Charles and Camilla visit the lower 9th ward in New Orleans, devastated by hurricane Katrina when a barge broke through the levee flooding the area. Local residents Tommy Jones and his wife Ginia who lost everything in the storm. Ginia gave Camilla a Mardi Gras doll to remind her of New Orleans.
