Resident Clarence Barrow, who lost everything during hurricane Katrina raises serious insurance issues at the Mayor's 'town hall meeting,' at the Sheraton hotel. Barrow claims that State Farm insurers are hounding him to pay a new premium on a home that no longer exists whilst denying his claim for the total loss of his bought and paid for property.
