In one of the many scenes of lawlessness in the city, a young man smashes his car into a parked vehicle at S.Galvez and Toledano Street, a well known drag racing strip in the Broadmoor section of the city. Just as things start looking up, something like this always happens. It was lucky nobody was killed.
