Braithwaite, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, USA. .In scenes reminiscent of hurricanes Katrina and Gustav and the BP Oil spill, soldiers Spc Zachary Brower and Pvt Josh Ruiz from the Army National Guard hook one ton Hesco baskets full of sand onto a Black Hawk UH-60 chopper to plug a hole in the levee south of the town of Scarsdale.
