Ray Nagin, mayor of New Orleans at the the Krewe of Muses pre float boarding party at The Venue club. Muses is the only all women's Krewe to parade in New Orleans and is known for its satire, famous shoe throws and is generally considered one of the most popular parades of the Mardi Gras.
