Barbara Spangenberg returns to her once beloved Broadmoor neighbourhood which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina floodwaters. Graffiti from animal rescuers still glows from doorways. Barbara and her husband Rob, a 4th generation New Orleans resident have sold up after living in and raising a family on S. Prieur Street for 25 years. They now live in Houston. Barabara lost her job, her home and many memories to Katrina. Her husband's job relocated to Houston where she is now studying at nursing school.
