Robert Green, activist and survivor of Hurricane Katrina holds a wreath and wears a t-shirt in memory of his mother and grand daughter who perished in the storm. Every year on the anniversary, Mr Green posts a wreath to the tree near where his loved ones succumbed to the storm.
