Tom Benson, billionaire owner of the NFL New Orleans Saints, the NBA New Orleans Pelicans, various Mercedes dealerships, banks, property assets and a slew of business interests leaves New Orleans Civil District Court where he is attending a hearing to determine his level of competency to manage his business empire. Benson changed his succession plans and decided to leave the bulk of his estate to third wife Gayle, sparking a controversial fight over control of the Benson business empire.
