Police from the Beaumont rapid reaction force arrest looters who they captured breaking into a Chevron petrol station just off interstate 10. Evette Riley (31yrs) lies face down on the concrete and said, 'I guess it wasn't a very smart thing to do.' when all they had taken was a few cartons of cigarettes and some sodas.
