Boxes of paperwork arrives at Civil Distrcit Court for week 2 of a hearing to determine the competency of grandfather Tom Benson. Benson is the billionaire owner of the NFL New Orleans Saints, the NBA New Orleans Pelicans, various auto dealerships, banks, property assets and a slew of business interests. Rita, her brother and mother demanded a competency hearing after Benson changed his succession plans and decided to leave the bulk of his estate to third wife Gayle, sparking a controversial fight over control of the Benson business empire.
