Tom Benson (L), billionaire owner of the NFL New Orleans Saints, the NBA New Orleans Pelicans, various auto dealerships, banks, property assets and a slew of business interests leaves the New Orleans Civil District Court with his attorney Phillip Whitman where they are attending a hearing to determine Benson's level of competency to manage his business empire. Benson changed his succession plans and decided to leave the bulk of his estate to third wife Gayle, sparking a controversial fight over control of the Benson business empire.
