The Skeleton Krewe arrives in Jackson Square where they recite this year's proclamation and honor members. The Skeleton Krewe meets before dawn beside a cemetery in Uptown New Orleans. They then walk several miles Along Saint Charles Avenue to the French Quarter to celebrate Mardi Gras Day.
