Actress Phyllis Montana-LeBlanc, star of Spike Lee's 'When the Levees Broke' and playing the part of Desiree in HBO's 'Treme' marches in a second line parade on Tennessee Street. Residents and visitors turn the somber memorial into a celebration of life as they parade in a 'second line' along once devastated Tennessee Street, a neighbourhood rejuvenated by Brad Pitt's Make it Right Foundation.
