Hurricane Katrina revisited.
Accentuating the positive! Recovery, rebirth and rebuilding in the Lower 9th Ward, an area hardest hit by hurricane Katrina. Brad Pitt's Make it Right Foundation leads the way in providing hope for residents returning to the community. New Orleans Sewerage and Water board work with contractors to repair and relay water and drainage pipes as city contractors set about repairing roads and pavements.
