Londyn Unique Reed Samuels, just 1 year old was shot to death on August 29th, 2013 in the streets of New Orleans. She was in the arms of her babysitter who was walking down the street when her babysitter was targeted by armed thugs who shot her in the back. NOPD arrested 2 morons in connection with Londyn's senseless death.
