Tom Benson, billionaire owner of the NFL New Orleans Saints, the NBA New Orleans Pelicans, various car dealerships, banks, property assets and a slew of business interests at New Orleans Civil District Court where he and feuding heirs are attending a hearing to determine his level of competency to manage his business empire. Benson changed his succession plans and decided to leave the bulk of his estate to third wife Gayle, sparking a controversial fight with heirs Renee LeBlanc, Ryan LeBlanc and Rita Benson LeBlanc over control of the Benson business empire.
