Hurricane Katrina revisited.
Recovery, ruins, rebirth and rebuilding in the Lower 9th Ward, an area hardest hit by hurricane Katrina.
Brad Pitt's Make it Right Foundation leads the way in providing hope for residents returning to the community. New Orleans Sewerage and Water board work with contractors to repair and re-lay water and drainage pipes as city contractors set about repairing roads and pavements.
And yet amongst the positives a great deal of blight and despair remains as the area struggles to recover from the devastating effects of the storm a decade earlier.
