19 August 2006 - New Orleans - Louisiana. Hurricane Katrina scene revisited. Almost one year later, the exact same scene I photographed the day Hurricane Katrina hit on August 29th, 2005. Where once there was flooding, there is now a deserted, mostly vacant, unrepaired section of the 9th ward.
