29th August, 2005. Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans, Louisiana. Rescuers drop storm survivors off on what is the highest ground, a railway track before ferrying them on to the I-10 freeway having just rescued many from rooftops in the lower 9th ward as the area disappears under water.
