26 July 2006 - New Orleans - Louisiana. Industrial Canal. Site of levee breach which destroyed the lower 9th ward. The levee wall has undergone a complete rebuild with extra earth dumped in the canal to try and ensure that there will never be another hurricane Katrina type of breach.
