May 1st, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Kelsey Sullivan plays some brass. School Children from The Max Band play outside Tipitina's in uptown New Orleans. Many of the students received new musical instruments from the 'Instruments a comin' benefit of the Tipitina's Foundation, a charity set up in the city to stimulate the recovery of New Orleans musical heritage.
