March 6th,2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Six months after hurricane Katrina devasted the Lower 9th Ward, recovery work, slow and sometimes grim, continues at what appears to be a snail's pace. Volunteers from the 'Common Ground' charitable organisation work hard to gut houses and clear debris.
