4th Feb, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Seen through sagging ower lines, an American flag, ripped and damaged by hurricane Katrina recieves a follow up battering from a tornado which smashed through River Bend in uptown New Orleans a few days earlier. The city may be down, but the flag still flies over New Orleans.
