4th Feb, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. An American flag, ripped and damaged by hurricane Katrina recieves a follow up battering from a tornado which smashed through River Bend in uptown New Orleans a few days earlier. The path of the tornado can be seen across the crumpled roof of the warehouse in the foreground. The city may be down, but the flag still flies over New Orleans.
