Hairdresser 'Chill,' the 'down to earth barber' gives Lorenzo Burton a haircut in the forecourt of a storm flooded and damaged Shell gas station on the corner of Napoleon and Claiborne Ave , an area close to uptown New Orleans that was badly flooded during hurricane Katrina. Chill has to provide his own electricity with a generator to power his shears. Customers pay what they can, there is no specific charge and there is usually a long wait to get a haircut.
