4th Feb, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Chill's SOS barber shop. Hairdresser 'Chill,' the down to earth barber gives friend Ernest a haircut in the forecourt of a storm flooded and damaged Shell gas station on the corner of Napoleon and Claiborne Ave , an area close to uptown New Orleans that was badly flooded during hurricane Katrina. Chill has to provide his own electricity with a generator to power his shears. Customers pay what they can, there is no specific charge and there is usually a long wait to get a haircut.
