30th Jan, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. 5 months after hurricane Katrina smashed the city, for sale signs spring up in the Lakeshore neighbourhood, east of the 17th street levy breach. Many of the homes survived the storm unflooded, promping a new attachment to 'For Sale' signs put up by realtors.
