30th Oct, 2005. After Katrina, New Orleans, Louisiana. Riding on the Gray Line bus tour for residents of the Lower 9th ward. Unlike the nearby predominantly white neighbourhoods, residents can only visit the area on special busses and are not permitted to get off the bus except at one designated location to view a 'typical' house. A red cross social worker rides with residents in the event they may need help coming to terms with what they see.
